Offer is valid on JBL.com (US only - 48 contiguous states, excludes AK/HI/PR), starting May 10th, 2018, 3:31 PM EST. “Free 2nd Day Air” shipping method must be selected. No adjustments on previous purchases. Shipments are subject to UPS on time performance and availability.

Free Ground Shipping Restrictions: 

Free shipping offer is limited to standard ground shipping and is valid only in the 48 contiguous states of the United States. Sorry, free ground shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. Shipments are subject to UPS on time performance and availability.

When can I expect my package to arrive?

1) If order contains Preorder/Backorder & in stock items, in stock items will ship first & Preorder/Backorder items will ship when available. 

2) To know when your in-stock package will arrive, visit the Product page and look under the "Add to Cart" button OR during checkout at the "Shipping step”, where we clearly mention by when you will receive your package. The message calculates the delivery date based on your "zip code” (you can edit it if the default is incorrect) and upcoming warehouse holidays as well as the default carrier shipping method applicable at the time of placing the order (which is usually Free UPS Ground shipping). How can I track my order?

If you have a JBL.com account you can view your order's status under the "Order History" tab of your account page. If you do not have an account you track your order here. You will need your order number and billing ZIP code on hand.
