Return Policy

Please review the terms of this policy carefully. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for Partybox returns. 

You may return any item you purchased on JBL.com, within 30 calendar days of your package being delivered, subject to the terms & exceptions below.

We will gladly exchange your product for the same model (subject to availability) or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise including taxes. We will provide a free pre-paid label to return your order (subject to the exclusions below). Gift wrap and shipping charges are not refundable.

Partybox exclusion: Partybox speakers do not qualify for free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping at your own expense. Contact us to return a Partybox.

Personalized product exclusion: Once personalized orders have been processed, they cannot be cancelled or returned.

Best Buy in-store pickup: If you purchased a product from jbl.com and selected a Best Buy in-store pickup, it needs to be returned to a Best Buy store. Any Best Buy store will accept your return.

A return authorization is required for any exchange or refund. Any product shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to the sender address. Once you obtain a return authorization, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label (subject to the exclusions above). You are responsible to securely pack the product and all the original contents. We strongly recommend that you use the original packaging, if available.
